If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and the return policy takes effect.
While shipping damage is rare, it can happen. No worries, just let us know and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
If you're not happy, we'll work hard to earn your satisfaction. If our product just isn't right for you, contact us and we'll promptly issue return authorization under the policy below.
New merchandise: Merchandise in new condition may be returned in the factory packaging within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. You must obtain an RMA number before shipping the merchandise back. Credit will be issued within 10 business days after the merchandise is received in new condition by Peragon. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for insuring the packages.
Used merchandise: Merchandise in used condition cannot be returned. However, we will provide product support under warranty.
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to Minnesota. Your state may require you to pay them sales tax on your own. Canadian customers will be billed directly by FedEx for HST or GST/PST.
