Order Cancellation

If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and the return policy takes effect.

Shipping Damage

While shipping damage is rare, it can happen. No worries, just let us know and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

No Hassle Returns

If you're not happy, we'll work hard to earn your satisfaction. If our product just isn't right for you, contact us and we'll promptly issue return authorization under the policy below.

Within 30 Days: Your Peragon truck bed cover and/or accessories may be returned within 30 days in new or gently used condition in the factory packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. You must obtain an RMA number before shipping the merchandise back. Credit will be issued within 10 business days after the merchandise is received by Peragon. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for insuring the packages.

If the merchandise is returned with parts missing or heavily used (dented, bent, etc.), the cost to replace those parts will be deducted from your refund.

If the merchandise is damaged during the return trip, we will not issue a refund, but will contact you so you can file a claim with the carrier.

After 30 Days: After 30 days your Peragon truck bed cover and/or accessories cannot be returned. However, we will provide product support under warranty.

Sales Tax Policy

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to Minnesota. Your state may require you to pay them sales tax on your own. Canadian customers will be billed directly by FedEx for HST or GST/PST.
